Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract Submissions Open October 1, 2025.
The submission site will close on March 2, 2026, at 5:00 pm EST. Notification of abstract and video acceptance will be on or before March 20, 2026.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstracts of original work may be submitted for paper or case presentations. Previously published abstracts may also be submitted for consideration. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. All suitable abstracts will be invited to submit an E-poster.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT FORMAT
- Length: ONE PAGE ONLY (8.5” x 11”) with 1” margins on all sides
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 point
- Title: Centered, Bold, Title Case
- Authors: Centered (without commas or periods—formatted as on PubMed). Degrees (MD, RN, RRT, PhD) may be included. Names separated by a comma with a period at the end (as on PubMed).
- Affiliation: Centered. Include Department(s), University/Hospital, City, State/Province. Use standard abbreviations where applicable.
- Abstract Sections:
- Research Abstracts: Introduction; Methods; Results; Conclusions
- Case Reports: Introduction; Report; Conclusion
- Start each section on a new line with the section title in boldface, followed by a semicolon.
- Word Limit: Maximum 300 words per abstract
- Submissions that do not conform to these specifications will be rejected.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT USING OXFORD ABSTRACTS
- Access the Submission Portal:
Click the link provided on this page to go to the Oxford Abstracts submission site. - Create an Account:
- If you are a new user, select “Create Account” and enter your details.
- If you already have an account, simply log in.
- Start Your Submission:
- After logging in, click “Submit Abstract”.
- Choose the appropriate category (Paper Presentation or Case Presentation).
- Upload Your Abstract:
- Copy and paste your abstract text into the designated fields.
- Ensure your formatting follows the guidelines above.
- Upload any required documents (if applicable).
- Review and Confirm:
- Double-check your abstract for accuracy and compliance with the guidelines.
- Confirm your submission before the deadline.
- Receive Confirmation:
- You will receive an email confirmation from Oxford Abstracts once your submission is complete.
